- Refund when out of stock: If any item in your order were out of stock, we'll make the refund directly and send notification to you directly.
- 30 days warranty: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us and describe the problem (with photos) or the return reason along with your order number.
- Wrong size/color, broken items: We are responsible for the following: Wrong items, Broken items, items with wrong size(please send us photos with clear and correct measument to describe it, we will confirm it). Please be assured that we will accept full responsibility for any errors or issues that are our fault after confirmation.
- Don't like, want to return: If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item or change your mind (item is not faulty), or your garment doesn't fit (please contact us telling us the bust/waist/length measurements of the item you received and the size on the label or package. We ask that you check measurements carefully before purchase so we will deal with this on a case by case basis. As noted in the listings, garments are measured by hand, so please allow for a possible small difference to the chart.), please contact us to arrange a return. You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
- Return items: Please keep the items new and clean with the packing bags you received, without perfume, please don't crumble them and make them unavailable for secondary sale.

- Refuse the Package: If buyer refused to receive the package, we'll refund 50% of the products amount. ( The express shipping carrier usually destroy the package directly and won't return the package after failed delivery. )
- Compensation for delayed orders: You can contact us to ask for $2 of compensation If your order was shipped out beyond 5 days(We promise 1-3 business days, usually within 5 days) and delivered beyond the time limitation( standard shipping usually takes 7-21 days, express shipping usually takes 3-7 days).
